Indications:
Muscle relaxation (long duration) for surgery or during intensive care.
Dosage:
Intubation
Ideal body-weight initially 50 – 100 μg / kg then 10 – 20 μg / kg as required.
Child initially 60 – 100 μg / kg, then 10 – 20 μg /kg.
Neonate initially 30 – 40 μg / kg, then 10 – 20 μg /kg.
Intensive care
Intravenous injection, 60 μg / kg every 60 – 90 minutes.

Interactions:
competitive muscle relaxants.

Side effects:
sympathomimetic effects can cause tachycardia and hypertension.

Packages:
Pack of 50 Ampoules of 1 ml.
Stored 2 – 8 ºC, do not freeze.
